We went with Adan (aka Flan) and my friend Laura. Good times, good times. The opening act, Youth Lagoon, was just ok. A little whine-y – plus, the guy was like 12 and it was weird as opposed to impressive.  Ha.

I was happy to note that Ben Gibbard sounds just as good live as he does on the albums, and though a mellow style of music, the show was fun. So happy when they played ‘A Movie Script Ending’, but bummed that ‘Brothers on a Hotel Bed’ didn’t make the set list.  Phooey!

In other news, my adorable son is growing up ridiculously fast. Look at this:

Also, I don’t know how I am going to make do without ‘House’. Crying ridiculous amounts the past few episodes. One episode left.  One word: Oreos.

Vince Camuto ‘Miner’ sandal Mother’s Day gift from my mom! Woo hoo!

Soprano ‘Milla’ maxi – This dress is so silky soft, comfortable, yet elegant feeling.

Lush ‘Harper’ chiffon dress – I felt instantly lovely when I tried this on. Had to buy it.

Liz Lange for Target sunburst maxi – This is a maternity dress, but once I laid eyes on it I had to at least try it on. It doesn’t look like maternity – and the skirt is a swish-y material that makes me feel like a princess

Mossimo ‘Perri’ – I think I need them in every color. Sexy AND comfortable

The Webster at Target ‘ Wallpaper Print’ dress - Timmy picked this out for me, and I love it! The blouson top and fun print are perfect for summer!

 The wedding was held at Larson Family Winery in Sonoma – a beautiful location for a wedding! The weather was perfect, and the bride looked beautiful.  It was an honor to be asked to photograph their day.

Adrienne and Justin had their adorable baby, and I got to see him just a few hours after he arrived. I had to share a picture of this cutie pie!

I even got a basket from the Easter bunny – complete with Cadbury Mini Eggs and a Kermit the Frog pez dispenser – thanks Mr Bunny. After our jelly bean appetizers, I made whole-wheat Bunny pancakes for breakfast. Actually, pretty darn good! I’m not generally a pancake person, but the whole-wheat flour created a tasty flavor.

After our breakfast, we watched Sesame Street, read books, and got ready for our day with Tim’s parents and grandparents. My son is hilarious about his clothes: he has to pick his own outfits. He picked out every item, down to his socks. MY KID IS SO FLIPPING STYLISH. Also, he’s a ham – he started posing for the camera! Tim stood behind me and did funny poses that Marco imitated – it was awesome. Next time CrewCuts needs a model, they should call Marco, am I right?

Once we got to Judy and Len’s, Marco hunted for eggs (I didn’t think he’d be into it, but he thought it was the most fun thing ever), and we noshed on good food all day (my kind of day, lol!).

1. If you could bring back one TV show that’s not on anymore, what would it be? Everwood or Gilmore Girls

2. What’s your favorite hair product? Big Sexy Hair Dry Shampoo

3. What’s your number one dream vacation spot that you haven’t been to? England and Belgium! Also France. Okay, I can’t pick just one.

4. What’s your least favorite book you’ve read in the past year? Naked Lunch by William S Burroughs. I actually tossed it in the trash.

5. Describe your perfect Saturday. Breakfast with Tim and Marco at Gillwood’s, uninterrupted reading time after. A walk with Marco so we can look at bugs, Giugni’s sandwiches for a picnic at our favorite park, play time, and then a nice afternoon nap for  everyone! A massage at a nice spa, a good movie with Marco and Tim, and drinks at a fun wine bar with Tim while Marco hangs out with a very nice, lovely, awesome friend willing to babysit?? Ha ha

6. What is one food you really hate? Mayonnaise. DISGUSTING.

7. Show a picture of any room in your dream home.  One of my many kitchen inspirations…

8. Who is your best friend and why? Tim is my best friend; I love our conversations, and when I need help, he’s there to support me. Plus, I like his smell.  

9. Crayons, markers or colored pencils? oil pastels!

10. Are you an introvert or an extrovert? It depends on the situation; I think in general I’m an introvert, but given the right group of people (or enough girly drinks), I think I become more talkative, friendly 

11. How old will you be on your next birthday? 28, a mere slip of a girl…ha ha
