My cherry tomatoes on Friday….

And same tomatoes on Monday:

How awesome is that?!

I made a watermelon salad on Monday night, and used fresh mint from our garden:

watermelon, mint, and feta with a mere splash of balsamic vinegar

I love planting! It is so exciting to see our garden flourish. We joke now that we’re headed to “the farm” when we go to the back to clip herbs, or pick tomatoes and strawberries. I want to plant more! We’ve tilled the side of our yard, and have begun planning out our fall and winter gardens.

    Brill – our tomatoes aren’t ready yet! Have watermelon and feta in the fridge so that sound like a nice idea for 2nite yum :) Never had that combo before!

    Gorgeous! I LOVE a good watermelon salad.

    We don’t have much outdoor space, but I planted zucchini this year in a large container. I tried last year, but I planted too late and we didn’t have enough warm weather. I’m hoping it goes better this year.

    What else are you growing?
