I NEVER, ever, ever am tempted to write a letter to the editor of any fashion magazine praising its work. Usually, its all just fluff and I read them for the fun celebrity interviews and to look at the eye-popping fashions on the runway. Yesterday, however, I had to actually pry myself away from the December issue of ELLE magazine. Seriously! The interview with Alec Baldwin was fantastic. I’ve never been a big fan of his, but this interview changed all of that. I also loved the piece on the writer trying to be a kinder human being, the true story of a woman who attempted to use her sexuality to get ahead at work, the quick Q&A with John Cusack, and even the articles on the new fashion week whiz-kids were more interesting than usual! I bought the magazine because Sarah Jessica Parker was the cover girl, but I read every article with supreme delight. KEEP IT UP, ELLE!
