cheese and crackers
Today I went to my OB-GYN office to get the regular flu shot. My arm is a little sore but otherwise I feel okay. I’m on the list to get the H1N1 flu shot as soon as it arrives, but they aren’t sure when that will be. It was supposed to be in yesterday. While I was in the waiting room I ran into my friend Erin who is also expecting! Her due date is February 17th, and she’s having a boy! Its funny, we both knew when the other was pregnant before we actually announced it. I swiped a Pregnancy magazine from the waiting room that had lots of fun things to check out.
Tomorrow I will be 9 weeks pregnant. I feel lucky that so far I’ve not experienced the usual ‘morning sickness’. I’ve had some nausea but haven’t had to throw up once. If I eat some crackers or a piece of toast when I feel icky I usually feel much better. My favorite crackers are the Premium Saltines and the low-fat version helps a lot, and tastes good with cheese.
I feel tired all of the time, but I can handle that; it brings me back to my days of insomnia (from age 4 to 24, seriously)
